If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re simply not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The return request must be made within 28 days of delivery
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used products.
